Before You Order
HourDistrict sources each order individually. After confirming your order and payment, we order the required components and assemble them when they arrive. The completed watch undergoes quality control and actual-product photo review, and is shipped from overseas after your final approval.
- Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international destinations have not yet been set. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the arrangements for your destination and selected model.
- International dispatch takes place after you review the QC photos and give final approval. A delayed approval response may also delay dispatch.
- If any specification or instruction is unclear, please contact support before ordering.
Shipping & Tracking
After your order and payment are confirmed, sourcing and preparation begin. The total time includes component availability, assembly, quality control and international shipping. Contact us for your destination’s delivery estimate.
Factory stock and production schedules vary by model. Popular models and backlogged production may require additional time.
International dispatch follows your final approval of the QC photos. Transit times depend on the destination and shipping arrangements. Delayed approval may delay dispatch.
Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the carrier and route. If no information appears immediately after dispatch, check again after the next carrier scan or contact support.
Quality Control (QC)
When the product arrives at the local workshop, our team carefully checks its appearance, operation and finishing.
After inspection, we send you photographs of the actual watch. Once you review them and give final approval, we proceed to international dispatch. A delayed response to the photos may delay dispatch.
